We stayed in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment at Quest. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location near Little India. the secure parking was reasonably priced at $15 per day. Communication was excellent, and having Netflix was a nice bonus.
The latch on our sliding door was labeled as broken. It took unnecessary hassle to resolve the bond issue.

I recently had a mixed bag stay at Quest. The location was fantastic—right near shops and restaurants, which made grabbing meals super easy. I loved that about it. But let’s dive into the nitty-gritty. When we first checked in, I was really looking forward to a cozy room, but we were given one that smelled like a wet dog. Not the best first impression, right? We did ask to be moved, and while the staff mentioned it had been cleaned, the smell lingered. They relocated us to a different room which was quite a bit smaller and felt a bit off in terms of cleanliness. there was this internal door in our new room that connected to the next one, and it was way too thin. All sorts of cooking smells and sounds drifted in, which was annoying at times. One night, the neighbors were pretty loud, and it made for a restless sleep. The manager was sympathetic, but it would’ve been nice to have the option to book a room without that adjoining door if you're sensitive to noise. Soundproofing definitely needs some work here. On the plus side, the room design was modern and clean. Everything worked smoothly—the air conditioning cooled the place down nicely after a hot day, and I appreciated that the flat-screen TV was in good shape when we wanted to chill for a bit. The electrical kettle worked wonders for my morning coffee fix, though the tea and coffee facilities could’ve used some extra love, like more supplies. One weird experience was with the sliding door to the balcony. The latch “broke” during our stay, and I felt really frustrated when the receptionist accused us of causing damage without even checking it out. My husband ended up fixing it because the screw had just fallen out. We were nearly out $300 for a loose screw, and it would’ve been nice if they did a quick inspection before jumping to conclusions. As for comfort, the bedding could really use an update—some mattress protectors looked a bit stained. And we had four of us trying to squeeze into a two-seater sofa, which was hilariously cramped. It would’ve been great to have a bigger couch or at least some extra seating options in the room. Getting to the car park was easy, and it felt secure, which was a plus since we had a hire car. I didn’t need to use their laundry services, but I noticed there were options for groceries and dry cleaning, which sounded handy. Housekeeping was efficient too; we didn’t have any issues there, though I could’ve done with a bit more communication about requests we made. There were definitely some ups and downs throughout our stay, but the location and the staff’s friendliness were bright spots. Just hope they can sort out the sound issues and maybe do a deep clean and update some furnishings.

the apartment was well equipped with everything I needed including a kitchenette and tea making facilities. I was also impressed with the location which was centrally located and close to great restaurants and tourist spots.
The area around the hotel didn't feel safe at night. I was also disappointed with the unhelpful housekeeping staff who repeatedly forgot to leave washing powder, tea, coffee, etc.
